Felony arrests

• Identity theft, mail theft — Richard Scott Delarm, 43, of the 6200 block of McLoughlin Drive, Central Point. Medford police Monday arrested Delarm on charges of identity theft, mail theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $18,000 bail.
• Drugs — Joshua Laurence Stuber, 30, of the 1600 block of Lillian Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Stuber on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
• Drugs — James Joel Rinker, 50, of the 13300 block of Modoc Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Rinker on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
• Drugs — Christine Marie Gonzalez, 34, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Gonzalez on charges of possession of methamphetamine and six counts of failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail on $34,000 bail.
• Drugs — Mark Allen Tucker, 50, of the 1200 block of Ivan Lane, Central Point. Central Point police Tuesday arrested Tucker on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $14,000 bail.
• Assault — Joey Ray Gonzalez-Riley, 24, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Gonzalez-Riley on charges of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail.
