Richard Albers

Richard Albers passed away Friday, December 21, 2012 at the Veteran's Domiciliary. He passed suddenly after being diagnosed with cancer. He was born July 29, 1950, and was a Marine during the Vietnam war.

 

Rick "Broken Back" or "Papa Smurf" Albers is survived by his loving friends in the Medford area. Well-known for his kindness to others and creative talents, he was a giving and loving man who enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, wildlife, and all of God's blessings.

 

He will be fondly remembered by all for his wisdom and love.


Graveside services will be held at Eagle Point Veterans Memorial Cemetery Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
