  • ACCESS has announced that David Mulig will be its director of support services, overseeing energy, rental assistance, and senior/disabled outreach programs.
Mulig has worked in nonprofits for more than 10 years, including work as director of education at San Francisco's Edgewood Center for Children and Families.
The ACCESS Support Services Department provides low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities with vital programs to help meet basic living needs.
Each year, the department serves about 10,000 households. Services include programs for homeless/eviction prevention, refundable security deposit assistance, and rental subsidies; energy assistance with heating bills; and senior services providing outreach to seniors and persons with disabilities.
