  • Christ Unity Church will hold a Sacred Healing Meditation at noon Saturday, Jan. 12, at Christ Unity Church, 540 N. Holly St.
    The event occurs on the second Saturday of every month and focuses on enhancing self-esteem and deepening awareness of spiritual connections.
    The Rev. Rob Wheeler will give a sermon titled "Desire is Implanted Within" at 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, at the church. All are welcome to attend.

    Rev. Leslie Becknell Marx will give a sermon on "Prophetic Vision — What Does That Mean?" at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, at Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 87 Fourth St., Ashland.
    An introductory "Getting to know RVUUF" class will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Emerson House, next door to RVUUF, 65 Fourth St. The event is for people with questions about Unitarian Universalism and its origins. Child care is available with advance notice, and RSVPs are requested.

    The program will be an introduction to the Baha'i faith by members of Medford's Baha'i community. A question-and-answer session will follow the talk.
