Two Rogue River residents arrested on heroin charges

Two Rogue River residents were arrested on numerous drug and weapon possession charges today at their home.

Thomas Anderson, 46, and Marion Amanda Clark, 20, both of the 4800 block of North River Road in Rogue River, were arrested on unlawful delivery, possession and manufacture of heroin. Anderson was also arrested on four charges for felon in possession of a restricted weapon for knives he had in the home. Additionally, Clark was arrested on unlawful delivery, manufacture and possession of methamphetamine charges.

Police said Anderson is a suspected member or associate of the Nazi Low Rider gang, a white supremacist gang based in prisons, police said.

Medford Area Drug & Gang Enforcement reported Medford police and the Jackson County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant at 4 a.m. today at the Rogue River address. During the search, investigators found 2 ounces of heroin, a small amount of methamphetamine, scales, packaging and $611 in cash, which authorities believe to be drug trafficking proceeds.

Anderson was being held on $32,000 bail; Clark on $40,000 bail.
