Aerial dancers from Ashland's Le Cirque Center will perform “Moulin Rouge," a tragic love story that swirls through a Parisian club.
The familiar tale of Satine and Christian and clients of a Parisian bordello takes to the air in what its director calls "multidimensional theater" that combines actors, dancers, and acrobats with music and dialogue from Baz Luhrmann's 2001 film version.
The show starts at 8 p.m. at the center, 280 E. Hersey St., No. 12., Ashland. Tickets cost $15 and are available at Le Cirque and Music Coop in Ashland.
Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult, promoters say. For more information, visit www.lecirquecentre.org or call 541-301-6804.
