Mortgage loan officer Tammy Morgan received the Umpqua Bank Home lending Circle of Excellence award for 2012. The award goes to top producing loan officers throughout Umpqua's home-lending division. Morgan has more than 20 years of lending and escrow experience in Southern Oregon. She was twice named Associate of the Year by the Jackson County Home Builders Association and serves as its treasurer.
Morgan has twice received employer awards for 100 percent customer loyalty and satisfaction. She works at Umpqua's office on East McAndrews Road in Medford.
David Sprague has been named sales manager for Umpqua Bank's home-lending division in Jackson and Josephine counties. Sprague has 13 years of mortgage experience.
He graduated from North Medford High School and played football at the University of Oregon, where he obtained a business degree. He volunteers with ACCESS, putting together food boxes for the elderly.
D.A. Davidson & Co. has named four financial consultants from the company's Medford office to the firm's honors clubs. Named to the Chairman's Council were: Bob Hutchins, senior vice president, financial consultant, branch manager; Rick Hutchins, senior vice president, financial consultant, assistant branch manager; and Curt Bennett, senior vice president, financial consultant.

Kristin Rohlfing has been promoted to manager at Moss Adams' Medford office. Rohlfing graduated from Southern Oregon University and has been with Moss Adams since 2006. Paul Anderson has been promoted to senior accountant. Anderson graduated from Idaho State University and has been with Moss Adams since 2010. Vicki Forehand has been promoted to senior accountant. Rodney Pray has joined Asante Physician Partners, 750 Murphy Road in Medford. Pray is a board-certified family practitioner and former United States Navy physician. He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. He served his residency in family medicine at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Southern California.
As a Navy physician, Pray provided care to deployed soldiers in Afghanistan and Kuwait and oversaw medical operations for a team of Navy clinicians.
