  • Pauline Stack, 92, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 in Medford, Ore. after a short illness. She was born in Maywood, N.J. and, with her husband Joseph, raised their family in Paramus, N.J. Pauline and Joe retired to Sparks, Nev. for a short time and moved to Central Point, Ore. in 1992.
    Pauline worked as a beautician for years and later as an encoder for a check processing company, making many friends along the way. She enjoyed a variety of activities as she raised two sons and a daughter. In her retirement years she had fun at casinos, volunteered at a senior center, had wonderful times with her special friends Debbie, Bob, Bea and Lorraine, and traveled back and forth to New Jersey to visit family.
    Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Joe, in 1995. Surviving are her sons, Joe, and his wife Kit, of Ariz.; Bill, and his wife Shelley, of N.J.; her daughter Paula Goldberg, and her husband Ellis, of N.J.; grandchildren Alisa, Aaron, Samantha, and Chelsea; and great-grandchildren, Joseph and Caroline Rose.
    Pauline will be joining her husband in eternal life at the Eagle Point National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held in the spring, specifics to be announced at a later time.
