The 36th annual Southern Oregon Rod & Custom Show will kick off at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at The Expo.
The event will feature over 100 showroom-quality classic cars, hot rods and restorations. Vintage sedans, roadsters, sports cars, muscle cars, trucks and motorcycles will be on display. Vehicles on display will come from as far away as Canada.
Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Oregon Health & Science University Child Development and Rehabilitation Center, which helps local children who are disabled medically. Since the event's inception in 1978, it has raised more than $500,000 for the nonprofit, including $32,000 last year.
Admission costs $8 for adults, $2 for children ages 6 to 12, and is free for chlidren under 5.
