  • 8 skewers or sticks (for toasting marshmallows)
    16 large marshmallows
    8 graham crackers, broken in half
    2 Caramello (milk-chocolate with caramel filling) bars, 4 ounces each
    Using skewers, toast 2 marshmallows over heated coals or preheated grill until they are crispy and golden-brown outside and gooey and soft inside.
    Slide 1 toasted marshmallow onto half of 1 of the graham crackers. Place 4 small Caramello squares on top of each marshmallow and top with another half graham cracker.
    Press down slightly to sandwich together. Marshmallow's heat will melt chocolate a bit. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Makes 8 servings.
