Rosanne M. Dukart, 76, passed peacefully in her sleep at home late Saturday night, January 26, 2013 after a six-month battle with ovarian cancer. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Rosanne was born February 9, 1936 in Salmon, Idaho and moved to Ohio at the age of five where she lived until she was 22. She moved to Southern Oregon in 1960 after marrying Mike C. Dukart on February 13 of that same year.
She is survived by her husband Mike; sons Mark and Craig; step son Michael; grandchildren Michelle, Anthony, Christopher, Katie, Keith, and David; sister Patricia and brother Sam. She was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Elizabeth.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She lived next door to her son Mark and his children Michelle and Anthony for the past 20 years. She also enjoyed gardening, baking scrumptious apple pies, and watching the good ol' black and white western movies.
Rosanne brought happiness, love, and joy to all in her life, and although her loss will be deeply mourned, her life will be celebrated.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to a charity organization of your choosing be made in her honor. There will be no public service held.
