  • KLAMATH FALLS — Alex Miller accumulated 21 points, seven assists and five rebounds as the Cascade Christian boys basketball team survived a turnover-mired first half for a 72-53 victory over host Triad Christian on Monday.

  • KLAMATH FALLS — Alex Miller accumulated 21 points, seven assists and five rebounds as the Cascade Christian boys basketball team survived a turnover-mired first half for a 72-53 victory over host Triad Christian on Monday.
    The Challengers (17-5), who led by just one point over the Class 1A Timberwolves, cleaned up their mistakes in the second half and wound up outscoring Triad 38-20 the rest of the way.
    David Sellers went for 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Challengers, and Cody Coggins pitched in 14 points.
    The Timberwolves (16-5) received 17 points apiece from Gabe Ovgard and Thomas Holland.
