Comedian Dana Carvey will perform Friday, April 5, at the Craterian Theater in Medford, according to a recent news release from Craterian Performances.
Carvey is a former cast member of "Saturday Night Live" and played Garth Algar in the “Wayne’s World” movies.
In 1990 and 1992, he won an American Comedy Award as Television’s Funniest Supporting Male, and in 1993, he received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Performance in a variety or music program.
Carvey is known for his exaggerated impersonations of former President George Bush, H. Ross Perot, Bob Dole, Johnny Carson, Jimmy Stewart, Mickey Rooney and others.
