JOHANNESBURG — South African Olympic and Para-Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius was in police custody after a woman was shot four times and killed, broadcast company eNCA reported on Thursday.
Police confirmed a woman in her 20s was killed but would not identify the man being held in custody.
The TV report said the woman was his girlfriend.
Pistorius became the first double amputee to compete in a regular Olympic Games, in London last year.
