People's Bank of Commerce has announced promotions and personnel changes at three Jackson County branches.

Anna Kumro has been named a relationship banking officer at the Barnett Road branch. She has held various lending positions in the financial services industry since 1977, most recently as a private mortgage banker for Wells Fargo Bank in Fort Collins, Colo.

Brenda Kennedy is now a relationship banking officer at the Barnett Road office. Kennedy has worked in home lending since 2003, most recently at PremierWest Bank. Before becoming a mortgage lender, she held management positions in the construction industry and medical field.

Diane Knox was recently promoted within the real estate lending division as a relationship banker. Before coming to the Rogue Valley in 2011, Knox served in various business development and managerial roles in the Southwest.

Shannon Kirkpatrick has been promoted to relationship banking officer at the Biddle Road branch, moving into the residential real estate lending department. She has more than 16 years of banking experience, most recently as a personal banker. Kirkpatrick has also worked in commercial and construction lending, including home lending.

Michael Czarnecki has joined Bicoastal Rogue Valley as program director for KIFS (FM-107.5). For the past 10 years, Czarnecki has handled on-air and music duties in major New England markets.

Czarnecki worked for CBS and Clear Channel, and was an on-air personality at WODS in Boston, WBMX in Boston, WKSS in Hartford, Conn., WXKS in Boston, WJMN in Boston, and WGIR in Manchester, N.H.
