Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday seized guns from a Shady Cove man who allegedly threatened to kill his ex-wife and police officers.
Deputies responded to the 21000 block of Highway 62 for a report of a man who was making threatening statements, sheriff's officials said.
They arrived at the Fly Casters RV Park and arrested Ronald Hubler, 47. Hubler, who is a felon, had several guns in his trailer.
During the search of his trailer, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office located a SKS rifle and a Smith & Wesson 500 magnum revolver. They also located more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition inside the residence. The weapons and ammunition were seized.
Hubler was taken to the Jackson County Jail and is being charged with two counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon.
