Pam Rouhier, master garden instructor at the south Medford Grange Co-op, will talk about soil at the next Phoenix Garden Club meeting, set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, in the Phoenix library's Community Meeting Room, 510 W. First St. The meeting is free and open to the public.
