Kenneth Morgan Lowe, 85, passed away February 19, 2013 at his home.
After graduating from high school he joined the military and served in the Marines until 1946. He subsequently worked on a farm, married Oma Hoffman, and they had two children. Later on he attended Oregon Institute of Technology and obtained an engineering degree. He later worked for REA Express as the Medford site manager, as well as a driver for H & S Packaging from which he retired. He spent his remaining years gardening and maintaining the grounds around his apartment in the complex where he lived.
Ken is survived by his son and daughter, Michael and Mindy; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many kind, compassionate friends and neighbors where he lived.
A memorial service with full military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the pavilion at the Eagle Point National Cemetery.
