Morris appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released.
    • Drugs — Benjamin David Jackman, 28, of Redding, Calif. Jackman appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Jennifer Dawn Jones, 39, of the 10000 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Jones appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and recklessly endangering a minor. She was booked into jail and released.
    • Identity theft, tampering — Walter Eugene Manchur, 45, of the 1000 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Manchur on charges of identity theft, tampering with drug records and a probation violation. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Noble Alexander Porter, 50, of the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Porter appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Hit-and-run — Michael Brian Richter, 30, of the 300 block of Crystal Drive, Eagle Point. Richter appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with injury hit-and-run, hit-and-run, driving under the influence of intoxicants and fourth-degree assault. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Brandon Patrick O'Connor, 25, of the 2500 block of Cedar Links Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested O'Connor on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Tampering, identity theft — Travis Richard Owen, 30, of the 3000 block of Cody Street, Medford. Owen appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of tampering with drug records and three counts of identity theft. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Tampering, identity theft — Braelaiayr Jae Owen, 31, of the 3100 block of Cody Street, Medford. Owen appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with three counts of tampering with drug records and three counts of identity theft. She was booked into jail and released.

    • Vehicle theft — Justin Robert Wucherpfening, 27, of Tenino, Wash. Medford police Thursday arrested Wucherpfening on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, reckless driving and carrying a concealed weapon. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
    • Tampering, identity theft — Christopher Ryan Batesole, 27, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Batesole on two counts of tampering with drug records and two counts of identity theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Tampering, identity theft — Wade Leon Hardaway, 37, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Hardaway on charges of second-degree forgery, identity theft, tampering with drug records and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Elude, drugs — Noel Daniel Dixon, 47, no known address. Sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Dixon on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless endangering, reckless driving, possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacture of marijuana, delivery of marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was lodged in jail without bail.
