Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Brian David Kenton, 35, no known address. Talent police Monday arrested Kenton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — David James Inglis, 39, of the 300 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Inglis on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Jackie Ellen Thornton, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Thornton on charges of possession of methamphetamine, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and first-degree criminal trespass. She was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Karen Bryan, 50, of the 8000 block of Atlantic Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Bryan on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Forgery — Gary Adam Jankowski, 34, of the 200 block of Via Linda Circle, Gold Hill. Central Point police Monday arrested Jankowski on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Victor Benjamin Villalobos, 36, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Villalobos on charges of possession of heroin, resisting arrest and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Jessica Grace Velasquez, 19, of the 600 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Velasquez on charges of possession of heroin and contempt of court. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Cody Bernard Markell, 22, of the 48000 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Medford police Monday arrested Markell on a count of possession of heroin. He was lodged jail in without bail.
  • Drugs — Flavio James-Toribio, 28, of Stockton, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested James-Toribio on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine, as well as being a suspected illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Robert Charles Hampton, 28, of the 300 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Hampton made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of manufacturing, possession and distribution of heroin. He was booked in jail and released.
  • Theft — Christopher Michael Soares, 29, of the 2600 block of Tennessee Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Soares on two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Identity theft, tampering — Wade Leon Hardaway, 37, of the 100 block of Brandon Street, Central Point. Medford police Tuesday added charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery, tampering with drug records and possession of a forged instrument against Hardaway. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Robbery — Kevin Wesley McIver, 25, of the 1500 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested McIver on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft, two counts of harassment and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
