Volunteers are invited to join the Friends of Jacksonville's Historic Cemetery, Boosters Club, Odd Fellows and other community volunteers in helping to clean up the Jacksonville Cemetery from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 16. Participants will meet at the Sexton's Tool House at the top of Cemetery Road in Jacksonville.
Refreshments will be provided at this annual event. Those who attend are asked to bring gloves, leaf rakes, gas-operated weed whackers, blowers, brooms and pruning shears.
