1 tablespoon chopped, fresh herbs of choice, or 1 teaspoon dried herbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grape-seed oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon pumpkin-seed butter
Pinch each: salt and pepper
Combine all the ingredients in jar of a blender and blend to desired consistency. Adjust flavors with more herbs, salt and pepper. Shake well and drizzle over salad greens.
