    Seth Gretz, Rogue River boys track and field
    Gretz won three events at the Crusader Relays. He took the 110-meter hurdles (15.92), 300 hurdles (42.09) and the pole vault 12-6).
    Teresa Lehman, Ashland softball
    The sophomore went 5-for-5 with a home run and a triple, both coming in the first inning, and five RBIs in a 22-3 nonconference victory over Illinois Valley.
    Mckinzee Merrill, Eagle Point softball
    Merrill pitched a one-hitter in a 17-0, five-inning win over Cascade Christian. She struck out nine and walked none. She also was 2-for-4 with three RBIs.
    Daniel Seus, St. Mary’s baseball
    Seus tripled in each game of a nonconference sweep of Glendale. He had two hits in a 15-2 Game 1 win and three RBIs in a 7-4 nightcap win.
    Colton Westfall, North Medford baseball
    The sophomore pitched a two-hitter and fanned eight with with only one walk in an 8-1 nonconference win over Henley.
