  • A benefit concert is planned for today to help pay medical bills for Chris Duval, an Ashland man who is a Lego robotics instructor and small business owner and was injured seriously in a rollover accident two weeks ago.

  • A benefit concert is planned for today to help pay medical bills for Chris Duval, an Ashland man who is a Lego robotics instructor and small business owner and was injured seriously in a rollover accident two weeks ago.
    Duval has been placed on life support at Rogue Regional Medical Center.
    The concert will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today at The Grotto, 302 W. Main St., Talent. Dubbed the Get UP Chris Duval Benefit Event, the show will include bands Andy Casad & The Fret Drifters, The Illies, Bree The Musical, Josh Gibson and MistaChief Chanta. Organizers invite everyone to come have a meal and listen to entertainment to help support the family.
    All of the proceeds will go to directly to Duval and his family.
