The Medford Rogues have added three players to the team's inaugural roster for the West Coast League.
They are catcher Mason Ankeney of Oklahoma Baptist University, outfielder Daniel McNabb of Western Oregon and left-handed pitcher Connor Harris of George Fox University.
Ankeney is the starting catcher for the NAIA Division I 12th-ranked Bison. He is hitting .360 with one home run and 25 RBIs and has only two errors in 175 chances behind the plate. A native of Modesto, Calif., Ankeney is a teammate of Oklahoma Baptist first baseman Matt Page, who also will play for the Rogues.
McNabb, a left-handed hitter, leads Western Oregon with a .365 batting average and 19 RBIs. He is 2-for-4 in stolen bases and has made no errors this season. His teammates, outfielder Vince Ampi and second baseman Jake Whisler, are ticketed to play for the Rogues.
Harris is 5-0 with a 1.73 ERA, having struck out 21 batters and walked 11 in 411/3 innings. His teammate, right-handed pitcher Taylor Dunn, is also on the Rogues.
