Portland power trio The Quick & Easy Boys brings its crazy stage antics and funky R&B, garage pop and psychedelic rock — you might find some honky-tonk in there too — to Taroko Pan-Pacific Bistro, 62 E. Main St., Ashland. The show is at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6.
The band, described as "the Minutemen meets My Morning Jacket meets Funkadelic," formed in 2005 in Eugene, has toured nationally, released two albums and has a third one in the works — "Make It Easy," due out in May.
Core members are Jimmy Russell on guitar, Sean Badders on bass and Michael Goetz on drums.
The cover to the show at Taroko is $5. See www.thequickandeasyboys.com.
