Felony arrests

  • Strangulation — Morgan Scott Hoover, 46, of the first block of Rose Avenue, Medford. Hoover made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of strangulation and unlawful use of a weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, 48, of the 2200 block of Highway 99, Ashland. Jayne made her initial appearance Monday in circuit court on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance near a school and first-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Haelee Minett Holden, 23, no known address. Holden made her initial appearance Monday in circuit court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into the jail and released.
  • Theft — Julian Levi Rambo, 19, of the 500 block of Blue Moon Drive, Central Point. Medford police Monday arrested Rambo on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $9,000 bail.
  • Theft — Brandon Montgomery Page, 34, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Page on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, two counts of second-degree theft, credit card fraud and for violating his parole on a past theft conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Identity theft — Odilon Morales-Lopes, 36, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Morales-Lopes on two counts of identity theft, two counts of possession of a forged instrument and for investigation of being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Theft — Michael James Jones, 30, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Jones on charges of first-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Steven Ray Lindley, 40, of the 2100 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. Talent police Monday arrested Lindley on charges of possession of heroin and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Matthew Wade Livingston, 41, of the 2800 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Livingston on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a previous drug charge. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.


Crime reports

  • Theft — 200 block of Bateman Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:48 a.m. Sunday of a theft from a vehicle from which a toolbox, saw, welder and clothes were stolen. The loss was valued at $1,840.
  • Burglary — 1100 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. Medford police took a report at 4:27 p.m. Sunday of the theft of tools and a rod an reel from a residence. The loss was valued at $820.
