    Stephanie Croy, Cascade Christian girls track
    The junior distance runner set a personal best by nearly 17 seconds in winning the 3,000 meters at the Crater Rotary Classic. Her time of 10:48.85 has her No. 2 in the 3A ranks.
    Seth Gretz, Rogue River boys track
    The senior hurdler won the 110- and 300-meter events at the Crater Rotary Classic with times of 14.93 and 40.15 seconds, respectively. He was fourth in the pole vault at 13-0 and with those marks leads the 3A in the 110 and vault and is second in the 300.
    Mckinzee Merrill, Eagle Point softball
    The senior tossed a three-hitter and the as the Eagles downed Class 5A Southern Oregon Hybrid rival Ashland 10-0 in six innings. Merrill walked just one and forced mostly groundouts.
    Dylan Pearce, Crater baseball
    The sophomore pitcher struck out 11 of second-ranked North Medford’s batters in a 4-3 Southern Oregon Hybrid victory. He went the distance, allowing three hits with two walks.
    Blake Spencer, North Medford boys track
    The senior ran the state’s second-fastest 800 meters and improved on his career best with a time of 1:54.96 in the Oregon Relays.
