U.S. Bank has promoted Craig Pisors to vice president and community banking regional operations manager. Located at the bank's office at 131 E. Main St., Medford, Pisors will oversee compliance and operational procedures for retail, commercial and private banking.
Pisors joined U.S. Bank in 2008, most recently serving as a small business development officer and branch manager. He earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from California State University at Northridge.
Providence Medical Group has made four management hires at its Medford Medical Center.
Nurse practitioner Dottie Oliveria has joined the OB/Gyn Health Center. Oliveria has a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Great Falls, Mont., and a master's in nursing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash.
Laura Jesswein has been named spine and total joint replacement program coordinator. She has been a physical therapist with Providence since February 2012. Jesswein received a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from the University of Dayton and a master's in physical therapy from Ohio State University. She also will collaborate with Providence Health Services Oregon Regional service lines for measuring clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Melodee Badley has joined the hospital's cardiology team. Badley earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and a master's in nursing from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. She also has specialty training in pulmonary and sleep medicine.
Josephine "Jo" Jacavone has been named stroke/STEMI coordinator for the hospital's heart and vascular unit. She previously worked at Providence Medford Medical Center from 2009 to 2011 as a nursing educator for critical care and telemetry. She received a master's degree in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and a bachelor's degree in nursing from California State University. She has more than 25 years of leadership, education and clinical experience focused on critical, cardiovascular and acute care.
David Sammons has joined the Hokanson Group at Keller Williams Realty Southern Oregon's Medford office.
Sammons has been active in property management and investment real estate in the Rogue Valley since 1997, with 14 years experience in the acquisition and management of commercial and residential real estate, tenant acquisition and lease negotiations. He has been the owner of Lease Space Solutions in Rogue River. Between 1997 and 2004, he was owner of Sammons Development in Ashland. Before that he was owner of Western Oil and Burner Co. in Ashland from 1984 to 1992. He is a graduate of Southern Oregon University, with a Bachelor of Science in geology.
