Our dear, gentle Craig departed this earth April 30, 2013. Craig was born August 5, 1949 in Klamath Falls, Ore. and raised there with two brothers and parents, Shirley and Harold. He spent many days on the grandparent's ranch on Klamath Lake by Rocky Point.
Craig was in the U.S. Army from 1971-1974 and stationed in Germany. During those three years he spent most of his spare time mountain climbing in the Alps. Craig received an engineering degree at O.I.T. after the Army and worked many years drafting and designing house plans.
Craig married Marie in August, 1978 and raised two daughters in Ashland, Ore., Annie (Kyle) Taylor, of Central Point, Ore. and Gail (Ben) Bachman, of White City, Ore. Craig also leaves three young grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Ashland. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Craig's honor to the Maslow Project or other charitable organization serving the homeless.
His love of the outdoors that he shared with family and friends will provide us with lasting, cherished memories. May Craig find peace and rest.
