Carmen Mejia, South Medford girls track and field

    Amanda Skaff, Phoenix softball
The junior shortstop hit her ninth home run of the season and went 3-for-4 in a 13-2 Skyline Conference win over Hidden Valley. She drove in two runs and scored twice.

The junior led a Southern Oregon Hybrid sweep of Grants Pass, 2-1 and 7-5. His two-out RBI single in the fourth won it in Game 1, and he blasted a full-count grand slam in the nightcap.
