  • Flossie Mae McKee, 80, passed away on May 4, 2013 in her home in Eagle Point, Oregon.
    She was born September 26, 1932 in Cottage Grove, Tenn. to her parents James (Will) Hill & Rose J. Brown. She had seven brothers and sisters.
    She married Richard Edwin McKee on March 14, 1953 in Corinth, Miss.. They had three children; Vicki, Debbie & Rick; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
    Flossie moved to Medford, Ore. with her husband in 1954. Flossie was loved unconditionally by all who knew her. She had an innate ability to make her family members feel as though she was their best friend. She was a true southern lady, proper and sweet. Her family, husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life and she made each and every one of them feel special. She may have left this world, but she is forever in our hearts.
    A service will be held on May 17, 2013 at 3:00p.m. at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Rd. Please make Memorial contributions to Rogue Valley Home Care (Hospice) in lieu of flowers.
