• Creamy Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
    1 cup whipping cream
    2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (or other orange liqueur)
    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cream. Bring to a vigorous boil, stirring costantly. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur. Pour into a heat-proof bowl over a candle warmer to keep warm. .Keeps in the refrigerator for at least one week. Reheat to serve. Makes about 11/2 cups.
