Strawberries with Brown Sugar and Sour Cream

Fresh strawberries, with hulls on
1 cup sour cream
1 cup brown sugar

Wash and dry the strawberries and arrange in a bowl. Put the sour cream and brown sugar in two smaller bowls. Dip strawberries in the sour cream and then the brown sugar. Amazingly delicious.
VARIATIONS: Include a bowl of toasted and chopped nuts (such as hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts or walnuts); or use chocolate cookie crumbs instead of the brown sugar; use non-fat varieties of yogurt or sour cream; use ricotta cheese or Quark (fromage blanc) instead of sour cream; use plain or toasted coconut instead of the brown sugar.
