Attendees are encouraged to bring drums to participate in drumming during the morning service. Bridget Wolf will lead a drumming class following the service titled "You've Got Rhythm." The workshop will teach participants how to create their own mantra, how to keep a steady beat, how to care for drums and more. Cost for the class is a $10 suggested donation. As part of Jacksonville's "Taste of Summer" celebration, First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville will hold a strawberry festival from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at the historic church, at the corner of California and Sixth streets.
