  • Regina M. Solorio of Medford, Ore., passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013 at the age of 71. Regina was born May 22, 1942 to Charles and Florence (Deloit) Dubay in Newfoundland, Canada, one of 18 children.
    Regina loved life, her family, and her many friends. Regina displayed remarkable resilience during her life, and made sure to never cry over spilled milk. She persevered during trying times and took on the world with her can do" attitude. One of her favorite pleasures was the outdoors. She enjoyed camping and fishing and loved working in her garden. She also loved to shop, this allowed her to provide needed necessities to anyone. Regina made sure anyone around her did not go without. She was an animal lover with her loved terrier Lady right by her side. Her greatest pleasure in life was to always have her home and heart opened to anyone, or anything that may have needed it.
    Regina, we will miss you, your heart and compassion was more than the world could contain.
    Regina, thank you for the many lives you've touched and all the seeds you've planted. Regina was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her five children, Pearl, Mary, Lloyd (Sunny), Regina (Tutti), and Cyrus (George); and her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    A service to celebrate Regina's life will be held Saturday, June 9, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Conger Morris Central Point, 800 S. Front St. Central Point, OR 97502 (541) 664-3361.
