3:10 p.m. Police say they have arrested a man suspected in today's Chase bank robbery in Medford.

Officers and detectives are searching a room in the Cedar Lodge on North Riverside Avenue, where the suspect was reportedly staying.

Detectives tracked the man to the motel after witnesses at the bank took down the license plate number of the car he escaped in.

The suspect, who has not been named, is being interviewed by detectives, Medford police Lt. Mike Budreau said.

Money from the bank was recovered from the motel room, Budreau said.
