Harry and Beverly Howard of Medford will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on June 25, 2013.
Harry Howard married Beverly Mercurio on June 25, 1948, in Los Angeles. They have two children, Margie of Las Vegas, and Steven of Atascadero, Calif.; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Harry and Beverly were born in Los Angeles. They share the same birthday. Harry served as a U.S. Merchant Marine in World War II, and in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Harry worked for Heideliser West from 1948 to 1988 in the sale and service of printing presses. Beverly was a homemaker.
The couple moved to Medford in 1988 after retirement. They are members of the Jackson County Horseman's Association, the Old Guard Riders, Yamaha Star Touring, and they volunteer as Court Appointed Special Advocates.
