    Goes with: Paella, smoked or cured meats such as Spanish chorizo, char-broiled meats, molé.
    Tasting notes: Despite a cool growing season, the tempranillo came in very ripe, resulting in full fruit flavors with fine but present tannins. Dark cherry, black currant and a hint of plum dominate.
