Gwendolyn "Gwen" Nadine St. Germain was born October 22, 1928 in Central Point, Ore. to Aaron and Edna Clark. She passed away June 18, 2013 in Porterville, Calif.
Gwen was raised in Medford and Central Point, Ore. On June 15, 1946 she married her best friend and soul mate, Arthur James St. Germain, in Reno, Nev. Gwen worked for Josten's for 10 years in the shipping department; she also worked for Senor Pistachios in the packing houses and at Skinny and Mary's Drive In. Her hobbies included sewing, embroidery, painting, ceramic painting, doll collecting, and doll making. Gwen belonged to the Doll Club, Ladies Auxiliary VFW, and was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Porterville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur St. Germain, in 2007; brother, Willard Clark; two sisters, Bernice Harp Kepler and Dorothy Hart, all of Medford.
Gwen leaves behind her children to cherish her memory: Tari and Denny Schultz, of Mitchell, S.D., Sheryl and Ted Hall, of Porterville, Vonna and Orville Wallace, of Porterville, Joe St. Germain, of Terra Bella, Calif., and Tom and Debbie St. Germain, of La Mesa, Calif. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
