This fall, the Jackson County Sheriff's Department will host a training event on investigative strategies for missing and abducted children.
The event will be held Oct. 7-10 at the Smullin Center, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford. Seating is limited to 200 attendees, and admission is free.
The training is for investigative law enforcement personnel, educators and other government-related child protection agencies.
