  • Get a first glimpse of a zombie film by 10-year-old Jack Murphy of Ashland.
"Z-Minus" premiers tonight at ScienceWorks Museum, 1500 E. Main St., Ashland.
Jack, who is the son of art therapist and nutritional consultant Delaine Due and Ashland Daily Tidings copy editor Myles Murphy, made the short film last summer. The film was made possible by crowd funding on Kickstarter and stars Murphy and many of his friends, who play zombies and zombie hunters.
The trailer for the film won an award at the Ashland Independent Film Festival this year.
The film will be shown twice, once at 6:30 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for kids. Refreshments will be available for $1.50.
