Have dinner and a history lecture

Hanley Farm, 1053 Hanley Road, Central Point, will host a four-course dinner and history talk from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27.

The event will feature Southern Oregon University archaeologist Chelsea Rose, who will speak about pioneer Peter Britt. SOU archaeologists discovered the remains of his cabin, built in 1852.
