SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Jason Allred was among a handful of golfers to complete both of his rounds at the 24th annual Price Cutter Charity Championship, moving into a tie for 25th place on Friday with his two-day total of 6-under-par 138.
Rains have plagued the event in southwest Missouri, with tournament players still trying to catch up from a lengthy rain delay on Thursday morning.
Hunter Haas (65), Alex Prugh (63) and Miguel Carballo (65) moved into a share of the clubhouse lead at 12-under 132, though half the field has yet to complete the second round.
Allred, an Ashland native, posted three birdies on the back nine at hole Nos. 11, 12 and 17 before a bogey on the 18th hole knocked him down to a 2-under 70 in his second round. On Thursday, Allred completed his round in 4-under 68.
Andrew Loupe (68) is two shots back of the leaders in the Web.com Tour tourney, while Skip Kendall (69) and Ariel Canete (63) are at 9 under and three back.
Of those still on the course Daniel Chopra is 10-under par through 13 holes.
