  • When alt-country and fock rock singer and songwriter Brandi Carlile, with longtime bandmates Tim Hanseroth and Phil Hanseroth on guitar and bass, respectively, collaborated on Carlile’s fourth studio album, “Bear Creek,” released last summer, the group veered off into new musical territory, fusing classic rock ‘n’ roll, folk, bluegrass and soul to create its own distinctive sound.
