    Mustang runners win cross country event

  • Hidden Valley's Zach Blanco and Zaruba Anderson were victorious in the boys and girls races, respectively, at the four-school, non-scoring Medford Grass Course 4K cross country meet at North Medford High Friday.

  • Hidden Valley's Zach Blanco and Zaruba Anderson were victorious in the boys and girls races, respectively, at the four-school, non-scoring Medford Grass Course 4K cross country meet at North Medford High Friday.
    Blanco, a senior, posted a winning time of 13 minutes, 31.15 seconds and teammate Shane Crofoot came in second at 13:38.72.
    The freshman Anderson covered the 4K course in 15:55.59. St. Mary's junior Rachel Bennion placed third at 17:29.93.
    Grants Pass and North Medford also competed.
