Belle Fiore Winery, Estate & Vineyard of Ashland has hired a senior winemaker and a sales and events manager. Winemaker Kathe Kaigas is a graduate of the enology and viticulture program in Fresno State University. Her winemaking apprenticeships have been in New Zealand, Paso Robles, Calif., and at several Napa Valley vineyards. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Boston University's School of Education and two master's degrees in administration.

New sales and events manager Nathan Millington has been in the hospitality industry in the Rogue Valley, working for local prominent restaurants, including Jacksonville Inn, in both server and management capacities. A native of western Australia, he has lived in Southern Oregon since 1997.

Asante Physician Partners has added board-eligible family medicine physician Rosemary Olisa Chiedozi to its staff. Chiedozi earned her medical degree from the University of Benin Medical College in Nigeria and completed a master's degree in public health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, majoring in health promotion and behavioral science. In 2010, she moved to Minnesota, where she completed her residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated has named Eric K. Struik Chief Financial Officer. Struik has nearly 20 years of experience in finance, management and executive leadership for global organizations. Most recently he was vice president of finance for Remy International, a manufacturer and distributor of power systems for the global light vehicle, commercial vehicle and rail markets with more than $1.1 billion in annual revenue in 2012. Since 2011, he led Remy's financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations.

Goran Cvijanovic has joined Asante Physician Partners. Cvijanovic is board-certified in general internal medicine and will provide care to patients at his private practice, 691 Murphy Road, Suite 107, Medford.

Cvijanovic received his medical degree from the University of Zagreb in Croatia and did his internship in internal medicine at KBC Rebro in Zagreb. His residency training was in internal medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Ind., where he was chief resident from 1996-97. He was an assistant professor of internal medicine at Indiana University.

Former Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Dan Harris has joined the law firm Harrang Long Gary Rudnick P.C., where he will serve as a civil trial attorney, mediator and arbitrator. Harris was appointed to the bench in 1997 and served 16 years. He managed a civil trial docket, served as a settlement judge and most recently as an appointed judge for the Oregon Complex Litigation Court. Prior to that, Harris was a civil trial attorney for 14 years focusing on real property, commercial and business disputes; personal injury and insurance claims; and government, regulatory and land-use matters. Before attending law school, he worked for U.S. Sen. Mark Hatfield in Washington, D.C.
