Multi-instrumentalist Dean Ratzman performs swing, jazz, blues, rock, funk and soul hits from the 1940s through the 1970s at a free noon concert in the large meeting room at the Medford library, 205 S. Central Ave. Ratzman, who plays piano, trumpet, trombone and sings, performs around the country. His Medford performance is part of the Guild Lecture series held on the third Wednesday of each month from September through June.     HEAR THE GYPSY JAZZ SOUNDS of the Gonzalo Bergara Quartet in Talent. The acoustic quartet performs traditional jazz, along with music from Bergara's homeland of Argentina and music influenced by Django Reinhardt.
