Eunice passed away peacefully June 6, 2013, at Seaview Health and Wellness Center in Eureka, Calif. She was born September 12, 1921, to Ray and Lena Gallipo in Valley City, N.D. She was an avid golfer and last belonged to Redwood Empire Golf and Country Club.
She played the guitar at an early age, all by ear, and sang on her own radio program when she was 16 years old. She and our Dad loved to square dance, play cards with friends, and sing all the old tunes of the `40s. She had many friends in Oregon and California and was the life of the party. We all will miss her dearly.
Eunice is survived by her children Barbara (Dick) Clark Lindsay, Mike (Letha) Clark, Nancy Clark Duey, and Sally (Bob) Clark Danielson; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Clark, in November, 2000; her parents; and seven brothers, Les, Kenny, Glen, Merle, Duke, Jay, and Jim Gallipo.
A Celebration of Life is planned for 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2013, at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, OR. A reception will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 19, 2013, at The Brookside Inn and Suites, White City, OR.
