    • Assault — Jeffrey Scott Ernest Gourneau, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday added a third-degree assault charge. He remained lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Aggravated theft — Nicholas Robin Morris, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Morris on charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
    • Identity theft — Robert Russell Burnett, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Burnett on charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree theft and furnishing false information to police. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail stemming from a felony warrant out of California.
    • Assault — Lucas Andrew Mattern, 34, of the 100 block of Crossway Drive, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Mattern on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault. He was lodged Monday in jail and released Monday after posting bail.
